Do Epic Shit(1).

Do it every day.  Don’t worry about failing. You’re going to.  You’re going to fail once in a while, and that’s just fine.  That’s part of doing epic shit.  It’s learning from your mistakes.

Many thanks to the awesome Justin Thorp for including We Love DC in his Ignite presentations.  We Love DC is coming up on 18 months old.  Our traffic curve is still on the rise, and today’s craziness at Connecticut and K was just part of that.  It was amazing to see that light up our twitter following.  I don’t think we’ve ever had a tweet break 30 RTs in the space of an hour before.  Just plain crazy.

So yeah. If your Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce moment shows up, you have to take it.  Not because it’s a guaranteed win, but because it’s always a guaranteed adventure.

I think right there is probably my first tattoo.  Probably with Lady Freedom involved.  Hmmmm….

(1) I think We Love DC is, in total, epic shit, but it’s likely more of a collection of smaller acts that are just Pretty Good™.  Some of them are great, some not so much.  We’ll get there :)
